Most impressively, when the job was finished they had an employee check in with us, come out to the job site to inspect the work, and ensure that we were pleased with the finished product. I felt like I was their only customer.
The men here working were thoughtful and courteous. Chris was especially professional. There was quite a delay in getting started, but once begun, the job was completed with satisfaction.

The work was done as expected. The job site was kept clean during installation and left spotless after completion.
They were punctual, professional, and very good at what they did. They did a great job, cleaned up after they were finished, and they even sowed grass seed and spread straw over the areas damaged before they left.

Bobby arrived as scheduled and conducted a thorough inspection of my basement. He did not try to oversell his products or services. In fact, he alerted me to more cost-effective and simpler solutions that did not require USS services at all.
Chris did all of the measurements during the job and was also thorough, polite and professional. I had other estimates done and not only was the USS estimate better, their overall customer service and ability to explain the issues and solutions were far superior to everyone else.
From Jason who inspected and quoted to John and his crew that did the work, everyone showed pride in their work. Their pride made me feel confident. I recommend everyone make USS their first and only call.
We called United Structural due to water coming into our basement. I can not say how happy I am with all the service they provided. Not only did they get to us in a very timely fashion but all their employees were extremely professional and helpful.
The team showed up on time and they were a pleasure to work with. I have never before seen a sense of teamwork and display of professionalism like I did on this project.
I don’t have a single complaint to make about this company or my experience with them. From the time I called to the time the job was completed probably totaled 2 weeks. Every aspect of the experience was professional and much more than I could've asked for!
We decided to hire them after we'd had another company out for the same quote. The first company gave us a lot of hot air and was very demeaning. Then Bobby and the USS guys came out! I can't say enough about how incredibly professional they were!

Bobby was fantastic. Needed a structural specialist to review cracks above garage when trying to sell our house. Bobby was very honest, professional and didn't try to sell us on repairs that weren't needed.
